Clarity Over Closure; the Healing Survival Guide

From the time I was in the ninth grade and shared my story with my family, and honestly even before then, all I wanted was a how to guide. I wanted to be able to read a tell all book that could help you heal, because unfortunately healing doesn’t come with a how to guide. Until now! I took the time to figure out what people label the hardest part of healing, and wrote a chapter for each challenge. There is something in this book for everyone; from forgiving, to boundaries, building a support system, anxiety and so much more. 

What once began as a gut wrenching reality has transformed into a groundbreaking testimony. The very thing that was supposed to break me has showed me strength I never knew I had. Though it was not an easy road healing is the best thing I could have ever done for myself.
