In this debut publication, I challenged myself to retire from being a “selfish poet” as my great-great grandmother would say. This collection features the many poems written in my private time in my journey of healing and self discovery. The four segments of the collection include; my love for identity, my love for pain, my love for rebirth, and my love for love. Poems shared in the identity segment introduce me not just as a writer, but as a young girl raised in the south. My love for pain speaks to the way my childhood traumas invited themselves to taunt me throughout my upbringing. Reading pieces inspired by rebirth are sure to fill you with inspiration and hope of the brighter days. The hopeless romantic in me rises to the service in pieces from my love for love. Returns of unworn and unwashed clothing are accepted during a 14 day window of receiving your order.
Any returns must be made at your own cost. You must retain your proof of postage until you have received your refund or exchange in the event that your order is lost on it’s way back.
